Coronavirus – we go online

The first module of the training of trainers was planned for 20-22 March 2020. However, with governments implementing confinement policies and some shutting borders, it was impossible for the module to go through as planned.

In order to avoid stress in the second half of the project by postponing more and more activities, our trainer Lydia Zijdel proposed to replace the introductory module by didactic videos and homework assignments on theoretical issues.

In this way, the participants can use the time until the second module productively and are ready to start with the practical training in June. And we all cross fingers that by June, the public health crisis will be under control and social distancing won’t be necessary any longer.
